Nortal’s office is located in the Zappi building in Ülemiste City, built in 1900 as a factory building and reconstructed in 2008 into an office and conference building. The house carries the name of the Baltic German inventor and designer Walter Zapp, has a three-storey atrium with skylights at its centre, and holds a LEED Silver certificate. Nortal was the first tenant of Ülemiste City and has been here for nearly twenty years. At the end of 2025 a thorough reconstruction of the building was completed: gas heating was replaced by district heating and cooling, the lighting was changed to LED throughout, the roof was insulated and the windows renewed, and a new lift was built between the floors. In the work by LÄVI interior architects the office stayed in the same location, but the interior was given an entirely new look, the starting point being to preserve the industrial character of the building and connect it with the working methods of a contemporary IT company. A good deal of art is also on display in the office, and the building offers natural stopping points along the tour. During the tour the LÄVI interior architects introduce their distinctive approach to interior architecture through the example of the Nortal office. The tour is led by representatives of LÄVI interior architects and Nortal.
